Biography:
Dr. Henry Lewis, III has been Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1988, graduating from Washington's Howard University College of Medicine in 1981.� After completing his residency in Ohio, Dr. Lewis practiced as an OB/GYN physician for 14 years in North Carolina. He moved to Vernal, UT in 2009 and while running his own private practice, he also offered a convenient service to women in Rangely, CO by conducting regular clinics there to provide pre-natal care and gynecological consultations.� We are pleased to welcome Dr. Lewis to Premier Women's Healthcare full-time as of June 20 th , 2016.�� Dr. Lewis' interests are in high risk obstetrics, infertility and operative laparoscopy.� He enjoys classical music, theater, chess and spending weekends in his RV.
